Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at wit&worn.

Please note that our products are created specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because we utilize a print-on-demand model, we do not hold inventory. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and reduces waste, but it also means our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

  • How to report: You must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • What we need: Please email us at hello@witandworn.com with:

    1. Your order number.

    2. A clear photo of the damaged/defective product.

    3. A brief description of the issue.

Once we verify the issue with our production partner, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status is not "Delivered," we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

  • Timeline: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Note: If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you have not received it, we will not take responsibility and will not reship the order. In that specific case, any replacements would be at your expense.

3. Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and secure shipping address.

  • If the courier considers the address you provided insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our production facility.

  • You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

4. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility. If you fail to collect your package from your local post office or courier depot and it is returned, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

5. Returns for Buyer’s Remorse & Wrong Sizes

Because every product is unique and made to order, wit&worn does not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind).

  • Wrong size ordered (e.g., you ordered a Medium but needed a Large).

We strongly recommend reviewing our Sizing Charts included on every product page before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you typically have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, according to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, Wit&Worn reserves the right to refuse returns for made-to-order items at its sole discretion.
